Got a shoe problem? It happens to most of us. We fall in love with a pair of shoes, only to bring them home and find them a teeny bit snug around the feet, making it awkward in walking or staying in for too long. For such a heartbreaking problem, we have a solution! Read below to see how tight shoes cant be stretched out.

Usually, there are tools that help in stretching out a shoe to make it comfortable for the foot. This tool is called a shoe stretcher. However, if you face the problem at home and don’t have time to run to a shoe shop, simply follow this simple trick:

  1. Fill a spray bottle with equal parts of water and rubbing alcohol.

  1. Spray the inside and the outside of the shoe, especially at the points where you feel it is uncomfortable.

  1. Quickly put on the shoes and walk around them to loosen them. The alcohol should be slightly damp as you wear the shoes and not be dried out.

  1. If the shoes are still a bit tight, soak a pair of thick socks in the rubbing alcohol. Put the socks on and then the shoes over them. Walk around to stretch them open until the alcohol dries.
