It’s that time of the month when a dreadful period is set to take over your life’s most important week and you had plans. Periods are linked to stomach cramps, discomfort in the abdomen, and a heavy flow. If you want the period duration to shorten and lighten them, there are safe and natural ways to try at home for it.
Ibuprofen
Take an ibuprofen 3 times a day (do not exceed the dose limit) to mitigate the period pain and reduce the flow.
Water
Drinking a lot of water flushes and reduces the time frame of the period.
Fruits & Vegetables
