Paper rosette flowers are simple-to-make paper decorations that bring color and splendor to any event. Choosing vibrant colors and printed-paper is the key to set the loveliest of flowers. They can be hung from tree branches for outdoor parties, or glued to a backdrop for any wedding décor. You can change the sizes to add variety and fun grouping.

See below the instructions for making the perfect paper rosettes in different colors and sizes:

Materials needed:

  • 8 – 12×12 inch sheets of paper
  • Glue stick or tape
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon
  • Hole punch

Instructions

  1. Take the paper and cut it in half.

  1. Fold the paper equally in half folds till you reach the end of the paper.

  1. When you have folded them all, glue or tape the end of one of the paper ends to the second piece so that they end up overlapping. Glue four papers together, and then another four together.

  1. A long paper strip will be set this way. Now join the two free ends together to complete a ring of the folded paper. Glue them together.

  1. When the glue dries, set the ring upward, and gently press the top of the edge outwards. Keep the bottom edge on the table you are working on.

  1. Pot a drop of glue in the center and hold down the flower that has formed to let the glue set.

  1. You can add a small circular cut piece on the center of the flower and glue it.

  1. Punch a hole at the head of the rosette and pass the ribbon through it to be hung from anywhere.

So simple, and so neat, right? Take a try at it at your next big event!
