Widgets look great on androids. You don’t require opening apps to check updates as live-updated information itself keeps appearing on it. They also create a neater visual-break on the screen in contrast to the monotonous icon grid that shows up. Adding widgets is very easy on android phones, but most users find it difficult to resize them. However, changing their size is very simple.
Most widgets have a pre-set limit to resizing them – which means they cannot get larger or smaller than a certain size. But other widgets sizes can range from a small icon, to an entire home screen size.
This can be done by tapping and holding any of the colored tabs, and then dragging them outwards or inwards. Tap the menu button then and click on “edit”.
You can also resize a widget by going into the applications menu and changing its settings.
