Even though having a chubby face makes one look cute and younger, a slender and beautiful face beautifies the facial features and makes the skin healthy too. Just as we need to include proper diet and exercise to remodel our body ridding it of fats, similarly, our face also needs proper diet and exercises to tone down and free itself of unnecessary fats. But Just as Rome was not built in a day, this too will take its course of time. With facial exercises and including proper diet in your lifestyle, you can lose fat in your face as quickly as possible.

Drinking plenty of water helps you stay hydrated and suppresses your appetite. If ginger or lemons are infused in plain water they can also detox your body and skin and speed up your metabolism which can help reduce fats in face.

Take a good night sleep. Lack of sleep can make you look bloated and swelled up and fatigue caused by less sleep makes one look dull. Having enough hours of sleep makes your face look more slender and fresh in the morning.

Eat the foods that are rich in protein and fiber. Cut down processed and refined fibers, as they are unhealthy for your body as well as face. Lessen intake of salt. Salt retains the water in the body which makes the face look bloated. Sugar intake also contributes to a fatter face.

Egg whites help in softening the facial muscles. Make a mask of two egg whites, with one tablespoon each of milk, honey and lemon juice. Apply this mask to your face and let it dry before washing with lukewarm water. Use this every day to lose face fat fast.
